板蓝根注射液中有机酸成分的毛细管电泳分析

【摘要】 目的:分离分析板蓝根注射液中的主要有机酸成分。方法:采用毛细管区带电泳分离,紫外吸收光谱检测,对缓冲液的浓度、pH值、运行电压、检测波长等进行考察。在优化条件下,采用标准品加入法对板蓝根注射液中的五种有机酸进行了定量分析,并对三个厂家的同类产品进行了分析比较。结果:在板蓝根注射液中的五种有机酸成分基本能达到基线分离,不同厂家生产的板蓝根注射液的组分和含量均有明显差异。结论:本法高效、快速、简便、灵敏度高,适合用于对中药复杂成分进行同时分离分析,可作为板蓝根注射液质量控制的有效方法之一。

【Abstract】 AIM: To analysis the organic acids in Radix Isatidis Injection.METHODS: Capillary zone electrophoresis was applied in this research and the detection was performed by UV absorption detector and the influence factors were investigated.The same kind injections from three factories were analyzed at the same time.RESULTS: Five organic acids were baseline separated under the optimal condition.The species of the components and their contents from different factories are different.Conclusion:It is a high performance,fast speed,simple and sensitive method which could be utilized in the separation of complex components in TCM,and it is suitable analysis method for the Radix Isatidis Injection quality control.
