KGd(WO4)2为基质的激光晶体被动锁模研究现状及前景
The status and foreground of passive modelocking with KGd(WO4)2
【摘要】 本文讨论了大功率飞秒激光器对增盆介质的要求,根据各种KGW为基质的激光材料的光谱学以及热学参数,重点分析了KGW激光晶体在获得大功率飞秒脉冲上的优势,给出了采用此类材料进行锁模实验与半导体可饱和吸收镜之间的关系。同时通过对目前KGW的飞秒实验报道的综述,探讨了影响此类材料飞秒锁模的一些关键因素,综述了以KGW为基质的激光晶体被动锁模的大功率激光器的研究进展与发展潜力。
【Abstract】 The requirements for novel laser crystals in obtaining high power femto-second laser pulse are discussed through the spectral and thermal parameters,particularly the advantages of laser crystal based on KGd(WO4)2(KGW) for ultra-short pulse application are investigated.By reviewing the mode-locking results of these crystals,some crucial factors affecting the mode-lock experiments are analyzed in detail.And the relationship between the femto-second mode-locking and the semiconductor saturable absorption mirror is also demonstrated.At last,the development and potential of high power ultra-short lasers based on KGW crystals is prospected.
