【Abstract】 The flesh search currently becomes a new pet in Internet of China.However,the emergence of WangFei’s case in network violence caused more scholars to think about the problem of the responsibility of the flesh search.The writer tries to prove from the crime sanctions that the flesh search is harmful to the society in need to rule by the means of penal code.Further,the writer will identify the proper foundation of the flesh search into penal code.更多还原
