【摘要】 目的将"过程控制"运用于手术室护理工作,探索提高手术室护理质量的一种可行性方法。方法将实施"过程控制"前1年设为对照组,后1年设为管理组,采用三项考核指标("三基考试"成绩、手术医生对手术室护理人员的满意度、手术室护理综合质量标准)对护理质量进行考核,成绩采用spss11.0软件进行统计学处理。结果"过程控制"实施1年后,将两组数据统计学处理P<0.05,有显著差异,说明"过程控制"能够确保手术室护理服务质量得到持续有效控制。结论实践证明将"过程控制"应用于手术室护理工作中,可促使手术室护理管理和护理质量工作向标准化、程序化、规范化方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the quality of operating room nursing by using process control method in the operating room nursing work.Methods:we selected using the process control method in operating room nursing work for 1 year as the management group,and using routine method as the comparison group.Then we compared three assessment indicators of nursing quality(the three-based exam results,the satisfaction of the surgeon on the operating room nursing staff,the comprehensive quality standards in operation room nursing) between two groups.Results: The process control method could ensure the quality of operating room nursing services under continually effective control.Conclusion: The process control method of operating room nursing work can promote the management of operating room care standardization and normalization.更多还原
