【摘要】 目的探讨外用百多邦联合胰岛素治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期褥疮的疗效。方法将Ⅱ、Ⅲ期褥疮患者38例随机分成治疗组和对照组,各19例。治疗组采用百多邦结合胰岛素进行护理,对照组采用传统方法即0.5%碘伏、3%双氧水、0.9%生理盐水、烧伤湿润膏等护理。结果治疗组与对照组2周内治疗有效率分别为100%和68%,治疗组的疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百多邦联合胰岛素对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期褥疮具有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of mupirocin ointment combined with insulin in decubitus ulcer.Methods:38 patients with decubitus ulcer were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group,each group has 19 cases.in The treatment group were treated with mupirocin ointment combined insulin,the contrast group were treated with traditional methods including using 0.5% iodophor solution,3% hydrogen peroxide,moist burn ointment.Result: The effective rate of the treatment group was 100% in two weeks,while he control group was 68%,and the therapeutic effect of treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the contrast group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Mupirocin ointment combined with insulin has a good therapeutic effect on patients with Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage decubitus ulcer.更多还原
