【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症病人的求医过程及影响因素。方法采用自制调查表,对300例首次住院的精神分裂症病人及监护人进行调查。结果精神分裂症病人从发病到首次到精神科就诊,农村平均延误(4.8±6.32)月,城市平均延误(2.1±6.12)月,两者间差异有显著性(P<0.01);在首诊方式上,农村以选择非精神科中西医和宗教迷信为主,分别占45.16%和24.73%;农村和城镇分别有68.24%和70%的病人未按要求住院。结论加强精神卫生科普知识宣传和非精神科医师的精神医学知识教育,对提高病人的精神科就诊率,避免延误病情有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the process to hospital and its influencing factors of the schizophrenic patients.Methods: 300 first-admitted schizophrenic patients and their guardian were investigated by the self-made questionnaire.Results: The average delayed time of schizophrenic patients from the onset to the diagnosis of the diseases were(4.8±6.32) months in the country,were(2.1±6.12) months in the city.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Strengthening propaganda of the popular-science knowledge of mental health and mental knowledge education of general practitionens has important significance on improving the consultation rate of the schizophrenic patients.更多还原
