基层医院住院医师规范化培训浅析
Analysis on Popularization and Standardization Residency Training in Primary Hospitals
【摘要】 本文从我国住院医师培训的现状,分析基层医院对住院医师进行规范化培训的必要性和需解决的问题,并提出了建议,揭示基层医院住院医师培训普及化和规范化的意义。
【Abstract】 According to the present situation,the author analyzed the necessity,problems and proposal to the popularization and standardization residency training in primary hospitals,and also reveals its far-reaching significance.
