【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the expenditure cost of hospital health material,and avoid the phenomenon of "expensive medical charges and difficult medical services" because of excessive medical treatment of "high drug price and high disposable materials".Methods: Aiming at the current problems of hospital internal health material management,guided by the principles of "account conforms to property,fate is clear,cost is synchronous to income,and real-time control the cost occurrence of disposable materials",the complete cost accounting is implemented as a turning point,the process was reengineered of hospital internal on health material management.Results: The measures optimize the health material management process and improve working efficiency,thus stopping the safety hidden trouble.Conclusion: Reengineering the process of hospital internal health material management based on digitization can achieve to the goal of controlling cost and improving efficiency.更多还原
