【摘要】 目的了解男护生现状及其对自身专业的认识和态度。方法以某三级甲等医院实习的男护生为研究对象,采用访谈法,围绕其对本专业的看法和想法进行访谈,通过统计描述用构成比对资料进行整理、分析。结果男护生对其专业的认识、态度较好,但是在社会压力、男护士的使用及优点的发挥等方面存在一些问题。结论应采取多种措施改善我国对男护士的使用以及社会对其的看法和态度,以促进护理工作的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study male nursing students’ recognition and attitude of their special field of study.Methods The male nursing students of a Grade-Ⅲ level-A hospital were interviewed on the opinions of their specialized subjects.The data was organized and analyzed by statistical description.Results The male nursing students had better recognition and attitude of their professional field but had problems in the social pressure,the application of male nurses and the development of their advantages,etc.Conclusion A variety of measures should be taken to promote nursing development by improving the application of male nurses and society attitudes.更多还原
