【摘要】 目的了解湖州某社区老年人口腔保健状况及护理要求,为社区老年人护理发展提供科学依据。方法采用问卷方式,对某社区60岁以上居民口腔保健状况及护理要求进行调查。结果被调查380人中,患或曾患过牙病但对口腔保健要求属基本不了解的达275人,占72.3%;需要得到护理知识的达105人占27.7%。结论某社区牙病发病率高,预防保健知识及认知率低,在社区开展口腔卫生保健护理指导应大力加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the oral health status and care demands of the elderly people in a certain community in Huzhou city and to provide the scientific basis for their nursing improvement in the community.Methods A questionnaire was used to randomly investigate the oral health status and care demands of the elderly people aged 60 years and older in the community.Results Of the 380 people,275(72.3%) people were with or had been with dental diseases without basic understanding of oral health demands,and 105(27.7%) people demanded care knowledge.Conclusion The dental diseases incidence of this community was high,and the cognition of prevention and health care was low.A positive promotion of oral health care instruction in the community deserves careful consideration.更多还原
