【摘要】 目的通过对护士进行恶性肿瘤健康教育知识、态度、技能的认知评价,寻找影响健康教育质量的因素,为护理决策者提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对肿瘤科、妇科、普外科、中医科共52名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士对健康教育的重要性普遍认同,但理解层次较浅;护士缺编、知识储备不足、健康教育方式单一、资料少、培训少、实际提供的健康教育知识途径与理想中的不相匹配等是影响健康教育质量的因素。结论护士对恶性肿瘤健康教育知识的认知直接影响健康教育的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors related to health education quality and provide evidence for nursing decision makers concerning nurse’s health knowledge,attitude and skills of malignant tumors in nurse.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted among 52 nurses from departments of oncology,gynecology,general surgery and traditionalchinese medicine by means cluster sampling.Results The importance of health education in superficial comprehension level have been confirmed by the nurses.Factors which influenced health education quality were the deficiency number of nurse,lack of related knowledge,document and training,single form of health education,unmatched path of acquire health education.Conclusions The perception level of health education in the nursing staff could directly affect the quality of health education.更多还原
