【摘要】 目的探讨阴毛剃除与否对产妇会阴侧切口感染率的影响,为临床工作提供依据。方法对802例分娩时会阴侧切口未剃除阴毛的产妇采取护理干预,即术前彻底清洗会阴2次,术后加强会阴的清洁及观察,对产前产时有感染存在者采取甲硝唑、聚维酮碘联合应用,观察其会阴切口感染率,并与既往常规阴毛剃除产妇进行比较。结果分娩时保留阴毛与剃除阴毛产妇在会阴切口愈合方面差异无显著性;在心理方面,保留阴毛使产妇在心理上得到安慰,降低术后不适感,更具人性化。结论在认真清洁手术野皮肤的前提下,分娩时保留阴毛不会影响会阴伤口愈合,较之传统方式具有一定的优越性,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of pubes-shaving on the infection rate of lateral episiotomy incision for providing the basis for the clinical work.Methods Eight hundred and two parturients undergoing lateral episiotomy incision without pubes-shaving adopted the nursing intervention including cleaning the perineum twice thoroughly prenatal,strengthening the perinum cleaning with concern,and utililzing the union application of Metronidazole and Iodine to those who had infection before and during labor.Results There is no significant difference in the healing of lateral episiotomy incision between the patients with and without pubes-shaving.Concerning psychologic state of patients,the retention of tubes enable the parturients to obtain comfort,reduce post-surgery discomfort,and become more humane.Conclusion On the premise of careful cleaning the surgery skin field,delivery with pubes will not affect the healing of lateral episiotomy incision.There is certain superiority in the method compared with the traditional way and it deserves further clinical application.更多还原
