【摘要】 目的探讨在手术室整体护理中试用修订版Braden评分方法预警干预各外科四类及以上手术患者术中压疮的效果。方法建立术中压疮预警体系,术前访视应用修订版Braden评分方法对外科四类及以上手术患者实行压疮发生风险的评分,根据分值进行术中预警性分层护理干预,术后1~6 d回访观察患者皮肤情况。结果实施预警干预的1 381例手术患者中,用修订版Braden评分提示压疮高风险组122例,低风险组1 259例;术后回访其中有14例发生Ⅰ度压疮、2例发生浅Ⅱ度压疮,压疮发生率为1.15%;2007年用传统护理方法时术中压疮发生率为4.59%,两者比较压疮发生率有明显下降。结论在手术室整体护理中应用修订版Braden评分方法预警干预术中护理措施,可有效降低各外科四类及以上手术患者术中压疮的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcomes of the intraoperative intervention of pressing ulcer with the revised edition Braden scoring system in the patients undergoing Class four or even higher operations.Methods The caution system for pressing ulcer was established.During preoperative interview,the patients who would undergo Class Four or even higher operations were evaluated with revised edition Braden scoring system.The patients were stratified and intervened according to the various scoring values.The skin was followed up after 1-6 days after surgery.Results Among 1 381 cases intervened with caution systems,there were 122 cases with high risk and 1 259 cases with low risk.There were 14 cases with Grade one pressing ulcer,2 cases with Grade two ulcer.The incidence of pressing ulcer was 1.15%,which was an obvious decrease compared with 4.59% in 2007,when the traditional nursing care was used.Conclusion The nursing measures of intervention and caution of revised edition Braden scoring system in the operation room could decrease the incidence of the pressing ulcer in the patients who will undergo Class four or even higher operations.更多还原
