【摘要】 从我国极地生态环境监测的现状与迫切需求出发,提出和设计了构建极地生态环境监测与研究信息平台方案,重点实现对现场监测平台以及监测与研究信息资料的整合共享和科学管理。采用UML进行了系统的需求分析、静态建模和动态建模,最后应用Portal技术实现了平台建设,用实践证明了平台设计方案与技术的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To achieve the sharing and management of polar ecological environmental monitoring data, the construction of Polar Ecological Environmental Monitoring Platform was proposed and designed.
