基于ADAMS与Simulink的机电一体化系统联合仿真
Co-simulation of Mechatronics System Based on ADAMS and Simulink
【摘要】 以雷达天线为研究对象,针对天线的方位角控制问题在ADAMS和Simulink的基础上进行了机电一体化仿真研究。首先利用ADAMS/Controls模块把MATLAB/Simulink与雷达天线样机模型连接在一起,然后分别采用PID算法、PD算法以及模糊理论这3种方法来建立天线方位角控制系统。仿真结果表明,对于雷达天线这样一个输入输出特性比较复杂且不便于简化建模的受控对象(因为不能忽略天线支撑的柔性及其扭振),模糊控制比前两种经典控制算法更为有效。
【Abstract】 Taking a radar antenna as research objective, the mechatronics simulation based on ADAMS and Simulink was carried out to solve the problem of controlling the antenna azimuth. The virtual prototype of the radar antenna was connected to MATLAB/Simulink by ADAMS/Controls. Then three methods, i.e. PID, PD and fuzzy theory, were utilized to establish the antenna azimuth control system. The results of the simulation show that fuzzy control is more effective than the other two classic control strategies for the radar antenna, which has a complex input/output relationship and is hard to simplify because of the flexibility of the antenna support and the possibility of its torsional vibration.
