【摘要】 介绍了实现碳素加工生产线自动化的硬件结构和软件控制方法。系统采用上、下位2台台达PLC,以RS485串行通信构成通信网络,采用分布式控制,实现原料的配比称重、每一炉油量的称重,以及碳素炉的进料、加油控制。该系统结构简单,易扩展,运行费用低,生产效率高,可以应用到其他生产加工自动称重控制系统中。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the hardware construct and software control means which used to realize the automatic of the carbon paste manufacturing system.The system has two DELTA PLC,with the communication of RS485 serial constituting the connection internet,adopting distributed control,implementing the mixture ratio and the weigh of input material,weighting the numerical measure of each carbon stove,charge-in and gasoline controlling.This system has simply structure,and easily to be extended,circulate expenses is low,producing efficiency is high,it could being applied into other control system,which could produce automatic weigh.更多还原
