录波数据的分通道存储方式及其采用IEC61850传输的应用
Channel split saving method of fault wave data and its application of IEC61850 file transmission
【摘要】 目前的故障录波装置由于缺乏统一制定的通信协议,与上级系统通信时需要大量的规约转换工作,为工程实施增加了额外负担和不可靠性。IEC61850标准在电力系统的迅速应用,为彻底解决录波装置的通信兼容问题提供了契机。提出了应用IEC61850标准文件传输模型进行录波数据COMTRADE格式文件传输的方案,并针对目前录波数据过于庞杂不利于快速传输和数据分析的问题,提出了录波数据分通道智能处理、并建立统一的逻辑文件存储目录结构的方法,满足了录波装置的通信功能需求,实现IEC61850标准的现阶段快速应用,并为未来全面使用IEC61850协议提供了平滑的过渡方案。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes the scheme of implementing the COMTRADE fault wave data transmission by the way of IEC61850 file transmission modeling.To solve the problems of big file size and too much redundant data mixed in the fault record files,which is not convenient for quick transmission and data analysis,this paper proposes the methods of splitting the disturbance data wave file by channels intelligently,and saving the files according to a common file naming standard,which could meet the communication function requirements of fault recorder devices,realize the quick-implementation of IEC61850 standard and provide the smoothing transition method to the complete use of IEC61850 in fault recorder devices in the future.
