油烟机用多叶离心通风机内部流动的数值模拟

【摘要】 为了油烟机设计的进一步发展,以三维雷诺时均N-S方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型为基础,对油烟机用多翼离心式通风机9种实验工况内部整机流场进行了三维数值模拟,并给出了子午面和回转面上的压力和速度分布。该方案采用了有限体积法、非结构化网格和SIMPLE算法,近壁区边界采用了标准壁面函数法,转动的叶轮部分和静止的其它部分采用了"冻结转子"法进行耦合求解。研究结果揭示了多叶离心式通风机内一些重要的流动特征及其变化规律。

【Abstract】 For developing the design of range hoods,based on the three-dimensional time averaged N-S equation and RNG k-ε turbulent model,nine running cases were selected in the numerical simulation.The distribution of pressure and speed in meridian plane and rotary surface was given.Finite volume method,non-uniform tetrahedral meshes and the SIMPLE algorithm were used,the standard wall function was adopted near the flow near wall,the rotating coordinate system were used to calculate the flow of impeller.The results show the many important phenomena of the internal flow and their development in the multi-blade centrifugal fan.
