【摘要】 针对目前数控机床的实际需求,并结合监控系统发展趋势,提出了一种基于Internet的数控机床远程监控系统,设计了数控机床远程监控系统的结构,引入了嵌入式接口和基于OPC方式的系统接入方式,建立了远程虚拟驱动程序,并提出了数控机床数据传输和数据存储的实时方法。研究表明,该系统具有良好的通用性和兼容性,具有较高的实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the current development of remote monitoring and controlling system and the requirement of NC machine,a remote monitoring and controlling system of NC machine was proposed.The framework of this system was described and the way of embedded interface and OPC interface was introduced.The remote monitoring and controlling driver was implemented.The real-time strategy of data transfer and storage was proposed.The system is real time,safe and practicality.更多还原
