后置处理中通用机床模型的建立及软件实现方法
A General Model for NC Machines in Post-processor System and Its Software Implementation
【摘要】 利用机构运动学原理,在考虑结构误差的条件下建立多轴机床运动学模型,并调用MATLAB数学方法解方程,解决机床运动模型如何在后处理系统设计中实现的问题。
【Abstract】 A general kinematics modal for multi-axis machines was established based on the kinematics principle and the structure errors were considered.The equation was solved by the program developed by MATLAB and VC++,the problem how to realize the machines movement model in the post-processing system design was solved.
