【摘要】 针对现有的噪声测量仪器在功能和使用上的不足,利用计算机声卡和LabVIEW设计并实现了一个机床噪声虚拟测试分析系统,详细地分析了系统硬件方案的可行性和系统各模块的功能及实现,给出了LabVIEW主程序的前面板和程序框图。最后将其应用到ISK7532A/2数控铣钻床噪声的测试和分析中,取得了令人满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A virtual measurement and analyzing system for machine tool was developed aiming at the shortage of function and usage of noise measurement instrument based on soundcard.The feasibility of hardware plan and function module of this system were discussed.The LabVIEW front panel and frame program were given.By testing and analyzing the noise of ISK7532A/2 with this system,the satisfied results were got.更多还原
