内啮合齿轮泵齿轮轴挠度分析

【摘要】 根据内啮合齿轮泵结构设计和使用情况,指出齿轮轴径向变形是影响齿轮泵性能的主要因素。因此,在强度满足的条件下,模拟齿轮轴的实际受力状态建立试验系统,并与理论计算结果进行比较,验证了适合于内啮合齿轮泵的具有工程实用意义的齿轮轴挠度计算公式。

【Abstract】 According to the structural designing and using condition of internal gear pumps,it was pointed out the radial distortion of gear shaft is the main factor that influences the performance of gear pumps.When the intensity was satisfied,the factual force state of gear shaft was simulated and the experimental system was established.The simulated results were compared with the theoretic calculation results,it was validated that the calculational formula of flexibility of gear axis is suitable for the internal gear pumps.
