基于单片机轮式寻迹机器人控制系统的设计
The Design of Control System for Tracing Robot
【摘要】 通过对寻迹机器人功能要求的分析,选用性价比较高的AT89S52单片机,作为寻迹机器人的主控制器。为了增加系统的I/O口,扩展一片并行接口芯片8155,设计并制作了适合该机器人的灰度传感器,并选用了性价比较高的L298N芯片作为直流电动机的驱动芯片,利用PWM来调整直流电动机的速度。通过汇编语言编写机器人控制程序,在样机上实验的结果表明,该机器人能很好地实现寻迹的要求。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the functional requirements of tracing robot,the high cost performance AT89S52 microcontroller was chosen as main controller of tracing robot.To increase the I/O interface of the system,a parallel interface chip 8155 was extended.The gray sensors were designed for this robot,the high cost performance chip L298N was chosen as the chip of DC motor driver,the PWM was used to adjust the speed of the DC motor and the control procedure of the robot was programed with assembly language.The results of experiment on the prototype show that the robot could achieve tracing requests.
