基于反电动势测速的直流电动机PWM调速系统的设计
PWM Speed Control System of DC Motor Based on Speed Measuring by Counter Electromotive Force
【摘要】 在一些外部难以安装测速传感器的场合,针对盘式小功率有刷直流电动机的单向调速系统,利用直流电机分时驱动所得的反电动势作为转速的反馈信号,构成了一个调速稳速系统。该调速系统由反电动势的采样保持电路、时序控制电路、PID电路、PWM电路、电机驱动电路组成。经实验测试,该系统调速范围大、稳速精度高、经济实用,可供微型直流电机调速系统设计作为参考。
【Abstract】 External speed sensors are difficult to install in the low-power disc brush DC motor one-way speed control system.By using the counter electromotive force from DC motor time-sharing driving as the speed feedback signal,a steady speed control system was constituted.The speed control system consists of sample-and-hold circuit of counter electromotive force,timing control circuit,PID circuit,sawtooth generator,PWM modulator and motor driving circuit.The experimental test result shows that the speed control system has the advantages of wide speed range,high precision and it is economical and practical.
