基于SolidWorks和ADAMS的折剪机床虚拟样机建模与仿真

【摘要】 在折剪机床开发研究中,利用SolidWorks和ADAMS对折剪机床进行了几何建模和动态仿真,实现了在设计阶段就对产品的性能进行预测,从而在虚拟环境中完成折剪机床的可行性研究和设计,简化了设计过程,缩短了研制周期,提高了设计质量。

【Abstract】 The virtual prototype technology was applied to mechanism designing.The modeling and dynamic simulation of break and trim machine tool were proposed by using SolidWorks and ADAMS software.The advantage of this is that the product characteristics can be calculated in the design stage,and the feasible study and design of the tool can be completed in a virtual environment.As a result,the design quality and efficiency of the tool are improved,and its developing and manufacturing period is reduced correspondingly.
