热压烧结机的液压加载系统的分析

【摘要】 热压烧结机是金刚石工具生产中的关键设备,液压加载系统是保证工件整个烧结工艺过程中加工质量的重要系统。阐述了热压烧结机液压系统工作原理,分析了该系统的技术特点。实践证明,采用电液比例加载的烧结机,实现了机电液一体化,自动化程度、安全可靠性及工艺参数控制精度得到了显著提高,操作条件大为改善。

【Abstract】 Sinter machine with heating and press is the key equipment to produce diamond tools.And its hydraulic pressure loaded system is an important system to assure the quality in the whole technological process of sintering.The working principle of hydraulic pressure loaded system was explained,and its technical characteristic was analyzed.Practice proves that the sinter machine with electro-hydraulic proportional loaded system can realize mechanical,electrical and hydraulic integration,it has high automatization and safe reliability,high controlling precision of technical parameter.
