液压直线激振系统的参数设计与计算
Parameters Design of Hydraulic Straight-line Exciting System
【摘要】 介绍了液压直线激振系统的工作原理,概述了液压直线激振系统的参数设计计算方法,分析了流量参数、压力参数、功率参数及蓄能器容积参数与振动参数之间的数学关系,指出了降低参振质量、采取合适的工作点振动、加装蓄能器等措施可使液压激振系统节能降耗。
【Abstract】 The principle of hydraulic straight-line vibration system,the calculation method of parameters were introduced,the relation of the parameters of discharge,pressure,power and the volume of accumulator and the vibration parameters was analyzed,it was pointed out that the method of decreasing the vibration mass,vibrating at proper working point and increasing accumulator can save the energy of the system.
