基于小波分析的切削力信号特性研究
Characteristics of Cutting Forces Based on Wavelet Analysis
【摘要】 刀具磨损状态与切削力密切相关。随着刀具磨损逐渐增加,切削力信号的平均值与波动幅度都逐渐增大。本文作者利用db5小波分析了切削力的信号特征。结果表明:第三、四层细节信号的标准差随切削过程变化不明显,而第一、第二层细节信号的标准差随着刀具磨损的增大而增大,其变化趋势与原信号的标准差变化趋势较为相似,因此可以将其作为特征参数用于切削过程监控。
【Abstract】 Cutting tool wear has close relation with cutting forces.Along with wear increase,the average value of cutting forces and their fluctuate would increase.The cutting force signals were analyzed by db5 wavelet.It is proved that the standard deviations of the third and forth detail level signals have no various change.On the other hand,the standard deviation of the first and second detail level signals increase with the wear increase.Their variation tendencies are similar to the original signal which can be used as characteristic parameters in cutting process monitoring.
