汽车减振器动刚度测试系统的研究
Research on Dynamic Stiffness Test System of Automobile Shock Absorber
【摘要】 减振器是汽车的一个重要零部件,减振器中的金属-橡胶件的动刚度数值是衡量其性能的重要指标,现有的一些动刚度测试手段往往难于满足生产企业及检测单位的测试要求。本文作者根据国内外橡胶件动刚度测试技术的发展及生产企业的实际要求,研究开发了新型的金属-橡胶件的动刚度测试技术,建立了测试系统,实现了对金属-橡胶件的动刚度值的实时、准确、高效的测定。
【Abstract】 The shock absorber is the important part of automobile.The dynamic stiffness coefficient value is an important quality index for metals-rubber assembly of the automobile shock absorber.Some existing dynamic stiffness test means can’t satisfy the need of corporation and test department.According to actual needs of corporation and the development of dynamic stiffness test technology,a new dynamic stiffness test technology for metals-rubber was developed,and a new measure system was established.It can accurately measure the dynamic stiffness coefficient value of metals-rubber in the automobile shock absorber.
