利用多项式构造堆取料机煤耙的理想运动曲线
The Construction of Ideal Motion Curve of Coal Rake of Stacker-reclaimer by Polynomials
【摘要】 堆取料机煤耙液压系统起动及换向时的速度变化剧烈,高速运行时冲击振动大,缓冲性能不理想。针对此问题,分析了液压缸运动曲线的构造要求,建立液压缸的数学模型,通过多项式推导出理想缓冲曲线方程,给出了该方程的理论依据。该速度曲线具有最小冲击的优点。
【Abstract】 The speeds vary severely when the coal rake of stacker-reclaimer starts and commutates,and the strike shock is large and the buffer performance is not very ideal.The constuction requirements of a motion curve of hydraulic cylinder were analyzed,the mathematic model of hydraulic cylinder was built,the ideal motion curve equation was deduced by polynomials,the theoretical basis of this equation was given.This curve has the merit of minimum impulse.
