基于EdgeCAM磁盘驱动架虚拟加工研究

【摘要】 对磁盘驱动架的结构进行了分析,根据其结构特点深入剖析了其加工流程。根据企业生产需求,在EdgeCAM平台上将虚拟加工技术引入到设计加工流程中,对磁盘驱动架虚拟加工中所涉及的关键技术进行了全面介绍,主要包括刀具库建立、工艺编程、加工仿真、生成NC代码。实践证明该方案经济可行,提升了企业的竞争力。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of construction of E-blocks for computer disk drives,the production process was provided.For the requirement of production,the virtual machining techniques was introduced based on EdgeCAM.The key techniques of virtual machining to the E-blocks for computer disk drives were discussed,which include the tools store construction,programming for process,machining simulation and generating NC codes.The production cycle is shortened and the waste is cut down after the virtual machining techniques haven been used to the production of the E-blocks for computer disk drives.
