【摘要】 本文使用整体析晶法制备微晶玻璃陶瓷复合板材,将基础玻璃压延成薄片放置于普通瓷质砖上,一起进行热处理,可获得表层为微晶玻璃,基体为普通陶瓷的复合板材。借助DTA,XRD,SEM等分析测试手段,讨论微晶玻璃成分、显微结构和复合板材的结合性和力学性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method called integral crystallization method was introduced to prepare glass-ceramic/ceramics combined tiles. A combined tile with glass ceramics as surface and normal ceramic as matrix has been obtained by putting special glass slice on the porcelain tile and then heating for crystallization according to designed temperature curve.By mean of DTA,XRD,SEM etc,the composition and structure of glass-ceramic and the mechanics performance of combined tile were studied.更多还原
