垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力研究
Research on ultimate compressive bearing capacity of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate
【摘要】 对支管受轴向压力作用的垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点进行了非线性有限元分析,研究了几何参数对加强型节点受压极限承载力的影响。分析表明,设置适当尺寸的垫板能够增强Y型圆钢管相贯节点承受荷载和抵抗变形的能力。用多元线性回归法求出垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力提高系数φp的回归方程,从而提出了垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力的建议公式。
【Abstract】 Nonlinear finite element analysis is used for the numerical computation of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate under axial compression of the brace.The research on the effects of geometric parameters on the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of reinforced joints shows that with a proper reinforced plate size,the load-carrying capacity and the deformation-resistance capacity of circular hollow section Y-joints will be improved.By multiple linear regression,a regressive equation is deduced with φ_p coefficient for the improvement of the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of the joints.Then the design formula to calculate the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate is offered.
