高强冷弯薄壁型钢受弯构件受力性能试验研究

【摘要】 对550MPa高强冷弯薄壁型钢帽型截面简支檩条和两跨连续檩条的受力性能进行了试验研究,27根简支檩条试件和24根两跨连续檩条试件的试验结果表明:厚度为0.48,0.60和0.75mm的简支和两跨连续檩条在高强钢材强度折减系数γ取0.8,厚度为1.00mm的檩条在γ取0.9时,理论承载力与试验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 The bearing capacity behavior of 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel simple and continuous hat section battens under bending has been studied.The test results of 27 simple specimens and 24 continuous specimens show that when the strength reduction coefficient γ of high strength steel is determined as 0.8,the test results of specimens with thickness 0.48,0.60,and 0.75mm are close to the theoretical bearing capacity;when γ is determined as 0.9,the test results of specimens with thickness 1.00mm are close to the theoretical values.
