【摘要】 论述了钢绞线预应力筋用齿合型单孔开口锚具的基本构造、工作原理、工程用途和应用技术条件。试验表明,该新产品不但满足JGJ85—2002规程和GB/T14370—2000标准的各项技术要求,而且构造合理、性能可靠、外形较小、加工成本低、工程适用性好,是混凝土楼盖新增洞口处锚固无粘结预应力断筋、超长混凝土楼盖后浇带处分段锚固无粘结预应力长筋的重要工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic structure,the working principle,the project use and the application condition of dentate opening anchorage for single-strand prestressed tendons are introduced.According to test results,the new type anchorage,not only conforms to whole technical demands of specification JGJ85—2002 and criterion GB/T14370—2000,but also has more rational structure,higher reliable performance,smaller shape,lower cost and more applicable than extant similar products.It is proved that the new anchorage can be used for anchoring unbonded prestressed tendons truncated at the edge of new openings on concrete floors,and anchoring long unbonded prestressed tendons at post-casting bands in super-long concrete floors.更多还原
