【Abstract】 Building learning-oriented student organizations is an important way of cultivating innovative talents.Learning-oriented student organizations have many features,such as,being good at learning,continuous innovation and the common activities,etc.While there are many limitations in the existing student organizations: the loose organization structure,the unclear organization system,and the low rate of student participation.In order to set up learning-oriented student organizations,we should follow the following points: to develop learning-oriented organization culture by being people-oriented;to strengthen the organization centripetal force by setting up common goals;to improve organization operation efficiency by building flat organizational structures;to make the innovative consciousness by encouraging systematic thinking;to ensure the smooth operation of the organization by promoting institutional construction.更多还原
