【摘要】 投标人须知是狭义招标文件的核心之一。它不仅在招标中起着至关重要的作用,同时也将对合同履行产生影响。本文旨在分析投标人须知和合同履行之间的关系,并从业主的资金来源、现场踏勘、分包、招标范围、计划工期、质量要求、投递和外观要求、履约担保要求等有关内容方面阐述其与承包商合同履行之间的关系。投标人须知对履行效果有着直接或者间接的影响。投标人须知不应该只成为获取基本招标信息的文件,还应起到引导合同履行的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The instructions to tenders is a core for narrow definition of tender documents. It not only plays an important role in bidding,but also has an impact on the contract performance. The objective of this paper was to analyze the relationships between the instructions to tenders and the performance of contract. It discussed the relationships from the views of the funds source by owners,on-site survey,subcontract,tender area,planning construction period,quality requirements,submitting,appearance requirements and performance bond. The instructions to tenders have an indirect or direct influence on the performance. The instructions should be the document for acquiring the basic tendering information,as well as be a guide to perform the contract.更多还原
