【摘要】 我国建筑业的支柱产业地位已经形成,主要标志有6点。从建筑业活动范畴,全面的全寿命周期的从事的业务,并为国内外所认同,进行了产业界定。论述了改革开放以来,建筑业的辉煌成就,完成的巨大投资、产值、重大建设项目和地区发展的突出贡献。客观地分析了目前尚须解决的发展中的问题,如利润、生产率、增加值、资本含量、工资、科技、人员素质、能源资源效率、安全度等9个低作了论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial pillar position of the construction industry in China has established which has six symbols. The industry was defined from the view of activity areas in construction industry,business engaged in total lifecycle that identified by home and abroad. The paper discussed the significant achievements since reform and opening-up,as well as huge investment,output vale,major construction projects and outstanding contributions by region development. The problems to be resolved were analyzed objectively,such as benefit,productivity rate,added value,capital content, wage,science and technology,personnel quality,energy resource efficiency,and safety.更多还原
