【Abstract】 Most of manufacture equipments in the PCBA production line are numeral control equipments. When they are programmed,most of needed characteristic data could be attained from the CAD design system. The problem for the CIMS technique to solve is how to establish an organic information connection and share between the CAD design system and PCBA automatic manufacture equipments. Therefore,this article focuses on CAD/CAM of the CIMS system and introduces the methods and ideas to construct and design an electrical CAD/CAMintegration system.
