【摘要】 目的了解山东省居民的吸烟现状及与吸烟有关的知识、态度、行为等。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,随机选取3840名15～69岁的调查对象进行调查。结果人群吸烟率为33.91%,现在吸烟率为26.17%,戒烟率为22.81%,36.84%的不吸烟者受到被动吸烟的危害,开始每天吸烟年龄为(22.38±7.03)岁,开始吸第1支烟年龄为(20.58±6.31)岁。结论山东省居民的吸烟率仍维持在较高水平,须采取有效措施进行干预;居民对吸烟有关的知识和态度的认识较以前虽有提高,仍需强化宣传和教育,更为关键地是如何引导吸烟者把对吸烟危害的认识转化为戒烟的实际行动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine prevalence character of smoking behavior among residents aged 15～69 in Shandong Province in 2007. Methods 3 840 subjects were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Results Smoking rate among residents aged 15～69 was 33.91%. Present smoking rate was 26.17% and smoking-quitting rate was 22.81%. Prevalence rate of passive smoking was 36.84%. The starting age of smoking for all residents was 22.38±7.03 years. The starting age of first cigarette in life for all residents was 20.58±6.31 years. Conclusions The prevalence of smoking among residents aged 15～69 in Shandong province is still high, therefore, effective measures should be developed. Education and publicity should be strengthened to improve the knowledge and attitudes to smoking. Special efforts should be made for instructions on how to stop smaking.更多还原
