【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导经腹或经阴道穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗子盆腔囊肿的临床应用价值。方法超声引导下对21例盆腔囊肿进行无水酒精硬化治疗,半年后观察疗效。结果超声引导经腹或经阴道穿刺酒精硬化治疗盆腔囊肿疗效显著。结论超声引导穿刺酒精硬化治疗盆腔囊肿为一种简便易行、经济实用、可重复性强、患者痛苦小、对卵巢功能无明显影响的方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was undertaken to analyze the clinical value of transvaginal and transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for pelvic cysts guided by ultrasound.Methods Total 21 pelvic cysts underwent dehydrated alcohol sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound.The patients were followed up regularly for half years to observe the effect.Results The treatment of transvaginal and transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for pelvic cysts guided by ultrasound was effective.Conclusion The treatment is simple,effective,repeatable,economic,no pain and no harm to the function of the ovary to treat pelvic cysts guided by ultrasound.更多还原
