【摘要】 目的探讨脑梗死复发的危险因素及预防方法。方法回顾分析我院2004年1月～2007年9月住院的528例脑梗死患者,采用Logistic回归模型方法及x~2检验方法。结果既往TIA史、高血压病史、糖尿病史、高脂血症、非瓣膜病性房颤、不良生活方式与脑梗死复发相关。结论脑梗死复发是多因素的结果,有效的干预可以预防和减少复发的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preventive treatment and related factors of cerebral infraction recurrence.Methods The clinical data of 528 patients with cerebral infraction who had been admitted to neurology department of Affiliated People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from January 2004 to September 2007 were analyzed.Results Cerebral infraction recurrence is associated with the history of TIA,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,atrial fibrillation and bad living habit.Conclusion Cerebral infraction recurrence is the result of many factors.Efficient interference can prevent the recurrence.更多还原
