【摘要】 目的检测突出组和正常组腰椎间盘中基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)表达,探讨MMP-9在突出腰椎间盘中的作用及意义。方法通过免疫组化方法,应用MMP-9多克隆抗体,对40例突出腰椎间盘和20例正常腰椎间盘标本进行染色。结果突出组的MMP-9阳性细胞率显著高于正常组,非包含组的MMP-9阳性细胞率显著高于包含组。结论MMP-9在突出组腰椎间盘中高表达,提示MMP-9可能与椎间盘退变有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the herniated groups and the normal group,dicuss effection and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in herniated lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The expression of MMP-9 was tested by immunohistochemistry method,forty specimens of herniated intervertebral disc tissue and twenty normal disc tissue were immunostained with anti human MMP-9 polyclonal antibody.Result The positive cell rate of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the herniated group was significantly higher than in the normal group,The positive cell rate of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the uncontained group was significantly higher than in the contained group.Conclusion MMP-9 was high expression in herniated lumbar intervertebral disc,which showed that MMP-9 was related to intervertebral disc degeneration.更多还原
