钝顶螺旋藻不同生态种对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的比较

【摘要】 目的探讨鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶螺旋藻S1和Chad湖钝顶螺旋藻S2对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的差异。方法以健康昆明小鼠(20±2g)为对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,后者分别采用S1和S2的藻粉配制浓度分成高(1.25×102g/1)、中(1.25×101g/1)、低(1.25g/1)3个剂量组,灌胃1ml/只,1次/d×21d,检测免疫指标。结果S1和S2实验组体内淋巴细胞转化率和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率均高于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05),其中S1中剂量组和S2高剂量组的效果最佳。结论S1和S2均能够明显的增强小鼠非特异性免疫功能,达到最佳效果所需剂量,前者仅是后者的1/10;在相同剂量下,S1比S2的作用更明显。

【Abstract】 objective The study focuses on compare the nonspeciflc immune function between Spirulina platensis from alkaline lakes in Erdos Plateau S1 and Chad lakes S2 in mouse.Methods The object for the healthy Kunming mouse(20±2g)were individed randomly into normal control and experiment group.The latter were used the S1 and S2 powder in high-dose(1.25×102g/l),mid-dose(1.25×101g/l)and low-dose(1.25g/l).Every mouse was given 1ml/d×21d, immunolgical indexes were detected.Results The lymphocyte transformation rate and the phagocytic rate of macrophage were significant to control group in every doses group either S1 or S2(P<0.01 and P<0.05),the best were mid-does groups in S1 and high groups in S2.Conclusion The experiment results indicated that the S1 and S2 can obviously enhance the nonspecific immunity in mouse,the dose achieving to the best effect in S1 is 1/10 of the S2;in same does, S1 have obviously effect than S2.
