【摘要】 2008年9月,浙江省金华市发生了一起输入性登革热疫情,发现病例2例。患者在发病前曾一起到孟加拉国,在当地有被蚊虫叮咬史;临床表现为发热、皮疹、肌肉酸痛、眼眶痛或头痛;白细胞计数减少,急性期登革热特异性抗IgM均阳性,恢复期IgG均呈4倍以上增高。由于救治及时,防控措施有效,2例患者均痊愈,未发生二代病例,疫情得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In september 2008,a denger fever epidemic occurred in Jinhua,Zhejiang,with 2 cases of denger fever being found.The two cases had been to Bangladesh together before the onset of the disease,where they had mosquito bite.The clinical symptoms included fever,skin rash,muscular soreness and orbital pain or headache and decreased white cell counts.The dengue-specific IgM antibody was positive in acute phase and 4 fold increase of IgG antibodies was observed in convalescence phase for 2 patients.Because of timely treatment and effective control measures,the two cases were cured,no secondary cases occurred,and epidemic was controlled effectively.更多还原
