【摘要】 目的了解山西省阳泉市自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊求询者的艾滋病感染状况。方法对阳泉市2005-2008年VCT门诊资料进行分析。结果2140位求询者中有99.86%的人接受艾滋病病毒(H IV)抗体检测,0.51%的受检者H IV抗体阳性。共检出11例感染者,男性8例,女性3例;感染者年龄最小3岁,最大41岁;有6例是本地人;在男男性接触者(MSM)中发现感染者。结论阳泉市VCT门诊求询者中艾滋病感染者较少;今后应采取有效措施,加大VCT点的工作力度,让更多的感染者成为知情者,防止艾滋病在阳泉市的蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of HIV infection among the people seeking advice at the voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) for HIV spot in Yangquan,Shanxi Province.Methods The data of voluntary counseling and testing for HIV from 2005 to 2008 In Yangquan were analyzed.Results Of 2140 people seeking advice,99.86% received HIV antibody test and 0.51% of them were HIV positive.Eleven people were detected to be infected with HIV(8 men,3 women) with the youngest of 3 years old and oldest of 41 years old.Six cases were local people.HIV infection was found in men who have sex with men(MSM).Conclusion A few people were detected to be infected with HIV at VCT spot in Yangquan.Effective measures should be taken to strengthen VCT for HIV,make HIV infected people to be aware of their HIV infection and control the spread of AIDS epidemic in Yangquan.更多还原
