【Abstract】 A professor committee reflects the principle of "universities and colleges administrated by professors".Its setting and running should adjust to the education system of a country,and promote the higher education.We made a comparative analysis of professor committee in different education systems,and proposed basic principles and a framework of constructing professor committee in Chinese universities and colleges.更多还原
