冷轧高强度汽车钢板的再结晶及组织
Recrystallization and Structure of Microalloyed High Strength Steel Sheet After Cold Rolling
【摘要】 为了改善冷轧后铌微合金高强度钢的力学性能需对其进行退火处理。笔者通过此钢在不同再结晶条件下的退火处理试验,研究其在退火过程中的微观组织,并建立了组织演变过程的数学模型,用于预测该钢的退火组织,以控制实际生产中钢的再结晶退火工艺。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of niobium-microalloyed high strength steel after cold-rolling can be improved by recrystallization annealing.The annealing experiments were carried out under the condition of different heat treatment parameters: annealing temperature and time and then the microstructure transformation was investigated.The mathematical model about its microstructure evolution was built based on these experimental data.The models can be used to predict the steel′s annealing microstructure transformation,and to control the recrystallization annealing in the production.
