发酵罐搅拌装置的优化设计
Optimum design for fermentation tank agitator
【摘要】 在生物发酵中产品收率高、生产能耗低是大型发酵罐的重要经济指标,采用优化后的组合式搅拌器,根据要求采用不同的桨型,控制各层搅拌器的能耗,按各层搅拌器的作用不同来分配搅拌器的轴功率,并且利用气体上升膨胀做功降低能耗,使之满足发酵各个区域气液分散、固液悬浮、混均、传热等要求,从而保证微生物的生长要求,达到提高发酵产量,同时降低生产能耗的目的;通过几年的研究和实践,优化后的组合式搅拌器在国内一些抗生素发酵上得到应用,在不同种类产品及不同大小罐上均取得了较好的效果,起到了提高产能、降低能耗的作用。
【Abstract】 Higher yield and lower cost are the important economic targets for the fermentation industry.The optimized combined impellers were used to control and distribute the power based on the function of different impellers.And also the anabatic gas energy was used to reduce the motor power consumption.It can meet the requirements of fermentation process such as gas-liquid dispersing,solid-liquid suspending,uniform mixing and heat transfer,etc.,and bring a higher fermentation yield and lower cost.After several years research and practice,the optimized combined impellers are applied widely in the antibiotics fermentation industry in China.All the applications are successful on both different kinds of products and different volumes of tanks.The design is a good way to improve the yield and reduce the cost.
