改性吸附剂脱除燃油中二苯并噻吩的研究

【摘要】 采用浸渍法将5种金属离子Zn2+,Cu2+,Fe3+,Pb2+,Hg2+负载于活性炭和γ-氧化铝上,制备出一系列改性的吸附剂;用静态吸附法测定了燃料油中二苯并噻吩在不同吸附剂上的吸附等温曲线。结果表明,活性炭对97#汽油中二苯并噻吩吸附能力显著高于氧化铝;活性炭表面负载Zn2+,Cu2+,Fe3+,可以提高其对97#汽油中的二苯并噻吩的吸附量(摩尔质量浓度),其中负载Zn2+的活性炭吸附能力最大,硫饱和吸附量为478.3mmol/kg;γ-氧化铝上Pb2+的最佳负载质量分数为5.0%。

【Abstract】 A series of modified adsorbents was prepared by loading five different transition metal ions,i.e. Zn2+,Cu2+,Fe3+,Pb2+ ,Hg2+on active carbon and γ-Al2O3 by impregnation method,respectively. The static equilibrium adsorption experiments were conducted to determine the isotherms of different adsorbents for dibenzothiophene (DBT) from fuel oils. The results indicate that the adsorption capability of active carbon for DBT from 97# gasoline is remarkably higher than that of Al2O3,and its adsorption capability for DBT from straight-run gasoline is higher than that from 97# gasoline. The adsorption capability (mole mass concentration) of active carbon for DBT from 97# gasoline can be improved by loading Zn2+,Cu2+and Fe3+,of which Zn2+-loaded active carbon has the highest sulfur adsorption capability of 478.3 mmol/kg,and the optimum loading mass fraction of Pb2+is 5.0% for γ-Al2O3.
